This program is designed for athletes on the high school, collegiate and professional levels. We enhance and boost performance in any sport with proper training in the following areas: (balance, coordination, core strength, unilateral strength training, speed, agility, quickness, nutrition and interactive metronome training). Our goal is to create a balance in strength among all planes of the human body and then fine-tune the neural pathways that control these particular muscle groups and sport specific moves. As a result, an athlete’s performance is extraordinary and he/she is less likely to experience injuries while performing at an optimal level.
Hybrid Sports Training combined with Interactive Metronome Training is also beneficial for those athletes preparing the NFL Combine, Collegiate Pro Day, and any Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning.
