On 1 Personal Training is a detailed and comprehensive approach used to help you reach your fitness goals. You are provided with a list of whole foods, fat burning foods, health tips and a nutrition guide to follow. Clients will then meet with a Drive Sports Performance certified trainer for consultations and workouts on a regular basis.
Small Group (4) Training is great for those who want to share their fitness experience with friends or family at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 Training. These sessions are held just as the 1-1 Personal Training sessions, except that (4) individuals who have very similar strength levels train together at the same time.
