Body Blast Group Training

Body Blast Group Training is an indoor/outdoor program that goes beyond your typical boot camp style workouts.It is for anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle and gain confidence through achieving full body strength.

Body Blast Group Training is great for individuals who are working towards the following fitness goals: weight loss, decreasing body fat, toning and building cardiovascular strength. Yes, the training is intense however it suits beginners because you are allowed to train at your own pace. Just imagine you are in training camp for healthy lifestyle.

Our workouts take place at West End Park or our training facility at 3233 St. Bernard Ave. Suite B and last for 4 weeks.

Your New 4 week Session can start as soon as you are ready to get fit:

Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am

Saturday at 9:30 am
